Why Chemical Industries

Experience

Chemical Industries' management and employees have over 200 years of collective experience in the full range of skills needed to serve our customers. Chemical Industries has been in business since 1989 with gross sales increasing on an annual basis. The Company’s founder, Walter M. Wilk, has spent his entire career in the chemicals sector, and our senior staff all have decades of experience.

Over the years we have learned that low-priced products do not necessarily mean higher profits or cost savings for our end-users. What companies want are fewer products, which require less time to apply and provide better results. That’s why Chemical Industries focuses on providing the highest-quality products, products that come in high concentrations, require less volume to get the job done, and/or that last longer once applied.

Going forward, we foresee progressively less use of solvents and increased popularity of "super concentrates" – such as 1:50 or greater dilution rates, some of which are already in our lineup – as well as a continued heightening concern regarding environmental issues.

Our longstanding experience and expertise in all these areas guarantees that Chemical Industries will remain at the forefront of implementing these trends. Today’s companies and consumers desire high quality at competitive pricing. The key to saving money is not buying the cheapest product – but buying the one that reduces labor costs. And that’s what we offer at Chemical Industries – and will continue to do so.

Multi-Disciplinary Team

Our management and employees represent the full skill-sets in sales, marketing, business management, logistics, safety training, and warehouse operations. We are very proud of our accident-free environment for 20-plus years.

To be successful, you need to support your sales staff and their ability to give sound advice on the products they sell. Chemical Industries does this through hands-on sales and end-user training. These qualities form a large difference between Chemical Industries and other chemical suppliers.

Our goal at Chemical Industries is to sell value and service – as well as top-quality products – to the consumer. We go the extra mile in providing service to our clients by advising of the proper disposal of excess material and recycling the containers.

It is of prime importance to Chemical Industries Inc. that all employees receive safety training in the proper handling and transportation of our products. Employees undergo continual training in these areas.

Delivery

Our warehouse staff and logistics coordinator will do their best to ensure you the most economical, fast and safe delivery. They have access to all types of freight companies, including those providing air freight, sealift (barge), winter road service and any other form of unusual delivery services you may require.

Chemical Industries’ logistics staff are certified in transportation of dangerous goods, transportation of dangerous goods via air, and the workplace hazardous materials identification system (WHMIS).

When you purchase we’ll get all your required information, including your shipping address, and ask if you have any preferred shippers. Ground freight will be prepaid by Chemical Industries and added to your invoice, while air and barge shipments will be billed to you separately.
